Ambar offers the following payment methods: ATM, Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, VISA Electron) and PayPal.
Ambar ships to mainland Portugal and the islands of the Azores and Madeira, Spain, France and Germany. If the country where you want the product(s) to be sent to you is not one of the above, please contact us by e-mail at customercare@ambar.pt
For addresses in Portugal, delivery is made within 1 to 2 working days. For addresses in Spain, delivery takes place within 2 to 3 working days. For France and Germany, the delivery time is 3-4 working days.
It is not possible to change an order after it has been completed, so if there is more than one item in the order, we advise you to receive it and exchange or return the wrong item. If your order is just one item and you have not yet made the payment, please contact us, requesting the cancellation of your order. Once canceled we will send you a confirmation email. Afterwards, you will have to make a new order for the desired article. If your order has already been delivered to the carrier, we will not be able to cancel it. In this case, you will have to prescribe your order and proceed with an exchange or return process in the detail of your order. If the order has still not been dispatched, then it can be cancelled. In order to do so please contact our Costumer Suport through the email customercare@ambar.pt.
